Bug Boy Baker Inspired

So day one. I was in a wood on the edge of the North York Moors taking inspiration from Nick Baker and looking under logs and in leaf litter. I found this centipede. It was really interesting as it amazingly was able to walk backwards really quickly when it was in danger.

I think it is Geophilius flavus (http://www.naturespot.org.uk/species/geophilus-flavus)

I hadn't seen a centipede like this before, it was fascinating to watch.
